    17 weeks, chaps, it's not long!

    I'll weigh in tomorrow (probably won't be good, I' d better claim today as the Great Carb Re-feed!!! ) and then I'm going to aim to get to my interim goal of 139 by Easter Sunday. Mamma mia! Depending on the scale tomorrow, that's 27-30lbs, and there's a trip abroad incorporated. Can we do it? Yes we can!

  • What a great idea, I'm in! And lol @ Xmas as a re-feed. Goal is 30 lbs. We'll see what happens I guess.

    So I just bought my first scale ever and it seems I over estimated my starting weight. At least I was being realistic, right? 242 not 250.

    Plan: Calorie Counting 1400-1500 a day. Walking 5 days, 60 minutes per.

    January 2nd - 147.5 Up a lb from my low, still on plan, probably water weight?
    January 9th - 145.0 Had a stomach virus, so not a "real" weight - wonder where I'll settle?
    January 16th - 144.5 New low! No illness involved! 14.5 to go
    January 23rd - 143.5 My calories are such that I should lose a pound a week, but I never actually do! 13.5 to go
    January 30th - 145.5 Uncalled for - water weight maybe? 15.5

  • I have been in a really bad weight loss stall for several weeks now. I'm hanging in there but I hope this lifts soon!! My body wants to weigh 190 sooo bad! I'm really going to have to work harder at this.

  • Great to see so many on board!!

    Christmas Day was odd, food-wise, for me. I had this awful sugar hangover and my mother wasn't feeling too hot either and didn't want me to make a meal. As the day wore on, I began to improve but because I wasn't making an actual meal, I picked at things here and there, including shortbread and Pringles. Tasty, yes; nutritious, no.
    I began to feel the 'this is ok for one day but how do I get back from this' dread snurgling in; but as soon as I posted the list of weigh-days, I felt Hugely relieved. Any minute now......
