Exercise guidelines?

  • Does anyone know where I can find the new exercise guidelines? I know they recently raised it to 60 minutes a day every day... but I can't find anything "official" that says that.

    Also, I think it's something like 30min jogging = 60 min walking or something.. which 30min jogging each day fills the requirement. I'd like those statistics, too. (Weightlifting, general aerobics, etc)
