  • So I was thinking over this weekend about going forth with my Valentines Day Challenge....I don't give much woop to do about that day but I am going to use it as my "challenge"

  • I'd be up for some a St. Valentine's Day challenge.

    I'll go for 285 by 15 Feb. I have no idea what my rate of weight loss is over time, so I'll adjust my goal if it's not challenging enough.

  • I'm game! My personal goal is going to reach 232lbs by then. I am going to do my "official" weigh-ins for this challenge on Sundays to keep me accountable over the weekend.

  • I'm in! I like the challenge of reporting in every week! All my others end at Xmas or end of year, so it'll be good to have a challenge that overlaps them, so I don't get off track...
    I'm setting my goal at 216lb -- that's my 25% loss mini-goal!

  • Great idea, I really appreciate having something to project through to, over Christmas and my January trip. It could be tempting otherwise to think O Christmas, I've made it - and lose momentum.

    OK, I aimed for 25 by the 25th for Christmas, and hit that last week with 4 weeks to spare.
    I'm going to aim for another 25 by the 14th, which will be a bit more of an ask, it's a shorter timescale; but nothing ventured, nothing gained.

    25lbs off it would take me to 141.9..... wow, only 5.9lbs off normal!
