Jolly Time popcorn fiber question...

  • Does anyone know how Jolly Time Healthy pop could really have over double the fiber of other popcorn brands? I've looked at serving sizes for popped and unpopped, and no matter how you cut it, their fiber looks significantly higher. There's nothing on the ingredient list that would account for extra fiber - it just seems odd to me
  • OK, I just spent WAY too much time on the Jolly Time web site, and I would like to add to this mystery: "Blast O Butter (c)" flavor somehow produces 9g of fiber per 2 Tbsp serving of unpopped, while "Better Butter (c)," "Butter-Licious (c)" "White and Buttery(c)" flavors are 4-6g fiber per 2 Tbsp. I suspect either some calculation error, or supersecret alien Butter(c) technology.

Also I feel an urgent need to take a shower and eat a carrot.

ETA: I just checked the plastic bag of Jolly Time plain naked kernels in my cabinet and that says 6g of fiber per 2 Tbsp serving. So if they really managed to add 3g of fiber IT'S OMG IN THE BUTTER(c). Or possibly the "artificial and natural flavorings" .....
  • I seen a box that says "whole grain, low fat" maybe thats why
