Since loosing as much weight as I have, there are many up sides of course! but I've noticed that as the weather turns colder, I am feeling cold all the time.
The worst part is once I get cold it seems to take a lot to get me to warm up, almost always requiring a long hot shower or bath before I can feel comfortable even if the room I am in is warm.
I was wondering if anyone else had to deal with this, if there's something I could be doing about it, or if anyone had any tips? I realize that it may take a couple years even for my body to fully 'accept' that it's at the weight it's at now.. and that this may be part of it.. but I'm not very patient and it sucks having freezing hands all the time!
