how do I check msgs on here?

Your PMs may not have been enabled yet at the time you posted your question. You should be able to find them by clicking the Private Messages link that is just under your name in the upper right corner where you log in. If you don't see it yet then your PMs have not been activated yet, but I think you've posted enough to get them.
