    Bowl of quinoa flakes with raisins and honey
    Brown soy rice, curry courgette, and quorn fillet
    Handful of mixed nuts

    Exercise 120 mins spinning
  • B: Greek yoghurt with honey
    S: Apple, banana
    L: Greek salad
    S: Snowpeas with houmous
    D: Yasai Katsu Curry, 1 pint of beer

    Exercise - 45 mins spinning, 15 mins treadmill

    bfast cereal&skim milk Fiberone+berryyogurt cruch 10g fiber
    lunch ham san on multigran sandwich thins 5g fiber,banana
    dinner turkey,stuffing,sweet potato
    blueberries-but with whipped cream

    Don't you just love sweet potato? I had it tonight (admittedly deep fried as it was a restaurant meal) in my curry, it's so good.

    L: Mediterranean vegetable salad
    S: Strawberry banana smoothie

    D: Going to a Zumba dinner dance, so most likely some antipasto, fish, potatoes, couple glasses of wine. This event will also count as my exercise!

    That's cool. Is that with a Zumba class you participate in, a group of friends? How does something like that get organized?
  • Hi Webrover, yeah it was pretty cool, it was organised by the instructors and it was in a naerby hotel, we all paid 15 euro and there was buffet, wine and Zumba music. Was good fun!

    Well I didn't come back last week as I got hit in the face by a horrible headcold! Will start a new thread..
