Ona Ha Ha this girl is no where near being skinny. I am going to continue doing what I am doing and see what happens. I am Ok with my eating. I don't feel like I am struggling with the food right now. The hardest time I have had with food was last week when it was DH's Birthday, the Fair, and I went to the Japanese restaurant. It was a struggle for me to eat less at lunch and the other days to try to make up for those days. Also, I was really working out hard. The holidays are coming up so I think it's really important for me to stay focused. This is the time of year where so many people have problems. Also, at Christmas we will probably be going out of town for a week. Last year I took my workouts, but didn't do them. The place we stay at isn't really set up for me to workout. Also, it's in the mountains and the roads are really narrow, so I can't really walk. Again, I feel that I really need to continue to stay focused on what I am doing. Since I have worked out really hard this year, I might take a week off from working out and give my body a rest. I will cross that bridge when I get there. Also, I want to note these points:Originally Posted by OnaMi
Diana, hope you feeling fine today, with your skinny self yeah, we have to keep our mines right in order to be able to remake ourselves like we are doing. So have you thought about when you're going to go into maintenance or at least stop working so hard? I think of the day i won't have to work so hard.
~Before I got serious about counting calories, I ate the same type of breakfast I am eating now. I just ate more of it.
~I am happy with my lunch now. It is very satisifying. Before, I ate more fast food. I don't need to go back to that.
~The main things that got me in trouble before (weight gain) was portion control, carbs, starches, sugar, and Chinese Buffets.
~I will always need to focus on portion control
~I do not need to go back to the carbs, starches, sugar because of how they make me feel and because they tend to lead to more cravings. Just a path I do not need to go down.
~Chinese buffets are OK once a month or so as long as I stick with lean protein (not fried) and veggies. Again stay away from the carbs, starches, sugars, and fried food.
Bottom line, I'm staying focused and continuing to do what I am doing.
Ha Ha I didn't mean to write a book. If there is any question, I am staying focused.
