Wooohoooo!

  • A couple days ago I posted that I was in a funk - I haven't been tracking my calories on Fitday and only exercising 2 days a week. In the past two days I brought my calories below 1600 and this morning I weigh 214 - down two more pounds!!!!! I finally have a week where I am down 2 - instead of .5

    Onederland here I come!!
  • Nothing better than staying strictly on plan to de-funkify oneself!!!

    I find the tighter I am, the more consistent, the less nibbles, the less slip-ups, the happier I am. Yes, who knew? STaying on plan, having that control feels marvelous in and of itself.

    And ummm, yeah, - the results - they feel pretty marvelous as well!!!! It's a win/win situation.

    Turns out that staying on plan is a joy, not a burden.

    Staying on plan is not uncomfortable and boring and miserable. It's nothing to fear and loathe. Being overweight IS.

    Remember this if and when another funk comes your way.

  • Thanks ladies! Also, today I am wearing (in public even!) my size 16 Levi's that I haven't worn for 10 years!!!! Yesterday's size 16.....I think this weekend I am going to go see how close I am to today's size 14, by trying some on in the store.
