Ok, I blame this on the fact that it was my little boy's birthday last night and we went out to eat (tons of sodium and I didn't make the best choice) plus the fact that TOM came yesterday and I was already
super bloated. Ugh, it's so depressing to think that you can undo three weeks of work in one night! Oh well, I'm right back on track today and I hope to be back where I was by Saturday and then down a bit more by my next official WI day (Wednesday), so I refuse to change my ticker until then.
