    9 out of 30 pounds, 21 to go.

    Now that I'm finally not surfing the crimson wave, I expect a good loss this week. Still on track.
  • Ok so I know I already weighed in this week but im just excited!
    I weighed in at the gym today and was

    SW: 235

    GW: 210

    I know it's only 3lbs, but seeing as how I've been doing aweful up to this point I'm pretty happy!
  • Thought I'd better copy/paste/update on my last post from the previous thread before I forget! And I just weighed this morning with a loss, so why not?!

    SW (18 August): 176.5/80kg
    Last check-in: (25 October): 163.1pounds/74kg
    CW (29 October): 162.2pounds/73.6kg
    GW (25 December!): 146.5/66.5kg

    I'm still so unsure whether my goal is possible, but I'm not going to adjust it - it's a goal, right? I've set a goal to aim for, and not making that goal doesn't mean I've failed - I think I'm not doing too badly already!

    I'm frustrated as ****. Sorry, but I really just want to scream. I exercise EVERY day w/o fail and count EVERY dang calorie...even cough drops! (average about 1200 a day) Something's not working. And I'm not gaining muscle because I don't feel any difference in my clothes. What's the problem? What am I doing wrong??? Ugh!

    Maybe you are not eating enough calories, If you're exercising alot, your body might be needing more calories than you are eating, and your metabolism might have staled. Just a thought, something you could try.

    I plan to work out for 3 days each week and restrict calories. Hopefully it works!

    It's good to know that even though it was a crazy week (+TOM), I pretty much maintained (was all over the scale last week) but now that it's a new week, I'm ready to get back on track (a woosh would be nice too).

    I feel the same way you feel too but i think the main thing is not to be discouraged, if you stay on plan, with time, the weight will start coming off again. Hang in there

    Ok, I blame this on the fact that it was my little boy's birthday last night and we went out to eat (tons of sodium and I didn't make the best choice) plus the fact that TOM came yesterday and I was already super bloated. Ugh, it's so depressing to think that you can undo three weeks of work in one night! Oh well, I'm right back on track today and I hope to be back where I was by Saturday and then down a bit more by my next official WI day (Wednesday), so I refuse to change my ticker until then.
