Who finally worked out on a non-gym-going day? I DID! And it felt SO. GOOD. to be working out at home, in my basement where this hard and dirty journey began. I missed my Exercise.TV so much! I worked out my calorie burning per week and it looks like Saturday is going to be my rest day. I go spinning at the gym Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday so Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I'll be doing 30 minutes of cardio at home.
