Newbie challenge update 10/22

  • Good job for those of you still with this. We will do this. For those I haven't heard from.....come back....we all need to stick together. If you haven't given me your start date, pounds down, and total you want to be down by Thanksgiving...send it my way. Keep up the great work ladies

    I think those that do not post by next Friday I will take off the chart, that way we will have a more concentrated chart with less to look at. Especially if people are updating and using it. Does this sound okay?

  • Good morning! I updated after my WI on Tuesday, but I just weighed myself on my Wii and it says I'm down another 3 lbs, so I'm going to go with that. I'm 99% sure it is accurate to my coach's scale. So here is my update - down a total of 21 lbs!

    My starting date was September 15th, and I am down 21lbs as of this weekend. My goal is to be down 34lbs by Thanksgiving.

    That is awesome. I will be updating the chart again next Friday night/Saturday morning...so if you lose more let me know. Good luck and happy losing

  • Jut checking in. I plan on using my home scale as my official weight since I can weight there first thing in the morning and naked!

    I am with you...I use my home scale...plus I started IP three days before official weigh-in (friend who is pregnant gave me the food....lost six pounds those three days...mostly fluid (beer weight) loss).

    Sorry didn't know when we were suppose to update with you. Ok I will now update on Friday mornings.
    10/22 down another 1.5lbs total 8.5
  • Sorry I haven't checked in! My WI on Saturday, 10/23 was 179.6, so down 2 pounds from last week, I think. (My start date was 10/02).

    Also the start date on the sheet is not correct for me
    I started 9/11 and my goal is 35 pounds total by Thanksgiving. Thanks!!!
  • Just checking in to stay in the challenge. I'm still the same.
  • had official WI today and I am down a total of 23.6 lbs so only 10.6lbs to go. I love IP, this diet is great.
  • I'm still here, I was out of the office on Friday and didn't get a chance to post my latest. I will make sure I post the newest totals on Friday.
