I'm gonna have bread for the first and last time before Phase III when I go see Tyler Perry's "For Colored Girls". I'm not seeing enough info. about the ingredients in their wheat bread. I guess I gotta wait till I go there or give them a call.

"Wheat" bread is not
whole wheat
bread. White bread is made fro wheat too. I'd skip the bread if possible.

"wheat bread" and "whole grain" are labeling tricks to make us think the food is healthier than it is. Drives me up a wall!

I agree, and keep in mind that "multi-grain" doesn't mean that it's SBD-friendly, either.

I have no problem bringing my own bread. I've taken a WW bun to a burger joint more than once.
