WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: I am an emotional eater, I eat to fill the void of whatever I feel is missing in my life at that time. I overeat. Fast food - convenient for a busy single lifestyle. I love all the wrong foods & not healthy food.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I have had several health scares in the past. I also have an amazing therapist. The need to prove to myself & everyone that I can do it.
ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT YOU? I have struggled with depression/anxiety all my life. I am currently taking meds that help & have a great therapist that is very helpful. I just need to utilize all the good advise she gives.
WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: Emotional eating, and portion control. It's just too good!

ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT YOU? I've suffered from depression for 9 years now, and social anxiety for 3, and think that changing my lifestyle might help kick them once and for all. I want to be happy
WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: my mood changes so much (possible bi-polar but not diagnosed) I can go from saying I'm not going to eay that to, i dont care i'm going too, and its hard to fight.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I'm going to drink a lot more, when I see the results of other it will encourage me to keep going.

ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT YOU? I have suffered from eating disorders since I was about 15 years old. I have been both anorexic & bulimic, in the past. For most of my life I have yo-yoed between being underweight & being a normal weight. 5 years ago I got so tired of manic exercise & starvation/binging/vomiting that I gave up on everything & just hid away, in the dark, behind closed doors, where I felt safe, & comforted myself with everything I had denied myself over the past 30 years! - I spiraled down into a dark depression & shut everything & everybody out. I feel sad & lonely & could really do with a friend & allie :'(

WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I'm determined to remind myself every time I want to eat a tub of ice cream that my stomach will ache, I will feel disgusting and I will gain weight. Setting "deadlines" makes me cave into the pressure, so I'm going to completely alter my lifestyle instead.

Have lupus, so I get quite ill. Some weeks I'm fine, other weeks I ache all over. It gets me down but I want to focus on the good things in life - food isn't a solution.

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: Getting started really. I have no energy. When I do get started then i'm ok. Its just getting to that point. Thats why i'm very optimistic about this site. I can't really talk to my significant other on the subject, so I hope I can with total strangers. lol I have read several post and I can relate to many. But thanks for reading and I'm sorry if this is a little on the long side.

HOBBIES/INTERESTS: Sewing (repairs, cross stitch -old printed patterns done in new ways-clothes for my 4lb chihuahua), reading (the older and weirder the better, I have been known to read just about anything if left in a waiting room too long), plants(just started composting, going to try square foot gardening in the spring, lots of house plants), Kludging stuff (non standard repairs using available supplies), thrift shopping for that really cool find.
PETS: 3 dogs - rosie the before mentioned tiny one, Kita my husbands sulky long haired pooch, Martha our outside dog aka the escape artist or big brat. one house cat - Wall-E - who is very nearsighted and puffy, about 15 barn cats. Two finches named Beep and Meep. and two tanks of fish - one on the porch with big goldfish in it and one in the house with tiny schooling fish.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: My youngest child is four so I have more freedom of movement than when I had a toddler on my hip all of the time. Hubby wants to lose weight and shape up too.
ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT YOU: I was recently told that I should not be "that person" referring to my questions about details that did not make sense at a training meeting for work. I took it as a challenge and a compliment although it was not meant as such. I have been taking Zoloft for almost twenty years for depression and have just started adding Bupropion to help with weight loss (helps with cravings). I am also low thyroid (my kids love when I forget my pills because I will forget what I assigned them to do and that I even assigned them anything) and usually anemic (I try to eat a lot of iron rich foods). I also have Interstitial cystitis which is bothered by food and stress. With a predisposition for auto immune disorders when my stress level gets to high. Generally I'm a wreck that tries to keep a positive attitude
