Getting rid of booty

  • So I would like to get rid of my butt. It's fine when I wear pants, but shorts and everything else eh. That's where a lot of my weight/fat goes. It's easy to work on my legs and they've been getting better and my stomach I've noticed it getting smaller. Since I began I can now see my feet heh heh. So what have you done? I'd love some tips that have worked for you.
  • Unfortunately we can't pick where we lose. Trust me, I've got some extra junk in the trunk I'd love to downsize. What you can do is work on toning the area so that you can build muscle there. Combining toning exercise with cardio exercises, such as a circuit training program, then you will be burning calories and working your muscles.
  • Cardio Cardio Cardio.....all you can do is make yourself leaner all over. You can target certain areas to strengthen the muscles but that doesn't necessarily mean your butt will go away.
