Hey guys. I am a 21 year old girl who has been progressively getting larger her entire life. I have hypothyroidism and I have been struggling to stay motivated because admittedly I am lazy. As of today I think I have finally decided to get ready to lose this weight. I bought herbalife and will be using this program to lose the majority of my weight. I am not a big exerciser but I want to try to commit to an hour a day of high intensity cardio. I walk a great portion of the day because I am in school and I don’t have a car. This morning was catastrophic for me. My doctor told me I might have to go on birth control to regulate my estrogen levels. I know birth control makes you gain weight. I honestly cannot stomach the idea of gaining one more pound. This seems like an amazing site to keep motivated and accountable and I look forward to interacting with you all.
