It will start Sunday, October 10th, 2010 and all you have to do is post your current measurement, not your waist, but around the middle of the boo-tay and for the next month (so that's an end date of Sunday, November 7th) at at least 3 times a week, do a circuit of exercises target for that boo-tay (can't you tell I just like saying boo-tay?) I will be posting some along the way if you need help because trust me, I have been researching.
The rules are simple:
- Post the exercises you are going to do/want to do
- check in AT LEAST once a week
- post your starting measurement
That's it, so if you're down to get a little donk () then I'm down.
