    Hello,
    I am new...I am hoping some accountability will keep me motivated. I started on medication for seizures and have gained almost 45 lbs. and it is miserble.
    Oh well, I am to:
    176.8 from 181....going down!!

    Thanks Michelle. You are an inspiration. I'm just 18 days binge free, but if working my butt off will get my butt off (and get rid of this gut, too) ....

    Being this tough on myself is the only way I've ever been successful in dropping the weight. I have to get all the way there and STAY THERE !!! No letting anyone discourage me this time.
