I'm kinda interested to get my body back into hefty losing mode.
I've done it off and on since i started. Mostly on -- I very rarely have restricted items or veggies. Carla's right -- it IS boring, but it works!

I started Sept. 1st at 222 and now 207 at end of week 3. If this bootcamp thing works, i'm all about it!!! HELP. I'm feeling like i'll lose it with football season starting and everyone gathering and me being the cook haha..
Hope everyone has a great day! Congrats on all losses.
ChelseaKate -- I know a few others have said something similar, but sometimes it helps to hear it from more than one person. YOU'VE HAD AMAZING WEIGHT LOSS! Be happy with 3.5 pounds. I know the ads all say 3 pounds is the least you'll lose...but its not. It's an average -- I've averaged 3.26 pounds a week, but there were many weeks of 0 -- and some weeks of more -- to make that up. You're doing great.

Take some sage advice from someone who's been on the plan for 5 months...toss the Ice Cream! Ice cream was my weakness, and honestly ... I swear the ice cream was taunting me whenever I'd open the freezer to get ice for my water. My DH objected for a moment, then I told him to go and get single serve at Baskin Robbins if he was desperate.
I am not sure this whole buying a scale thing was for me -- it's nothing but up...of course, TOM and Big C could explain that.
