Yesterday was a good day: all your kind comments, and then at night a parent who came to collect her child from the Lads' Brigade, whom I haven't seen since July, said, "Have you been losing weight? You can really see it, you can see it in your face". Woohoo! That's my first, spontaneous, un-fished for comment!!!! So my answer to "How long before anyone notices?" is 34lbs!
