Today my dad caught me on my way home from a jog and he was asking me about what I've been doing. I told him I've lost nine pounds, and I'm working on losing 133.

He said that when I lose a hundred, he'll take me to the bike shop and buy me any bike I want so I can ride with him and train to do races and stuff. The only stipulation is that the bike can't be nicer and cost more than his, but he has a four thousand dollar bike so that's nothing.

I'm so determined now.
