September 9, 2010: 145 minutes (New BodyBugg records daily minutes of moderate exercise and shows me my efficiency on a graph at the end of the day. Confirms my suspicion that lots of my daily activities count as "exercise".)

* 21 minutes sprinting running errands with pushups thrown in when waiting for lights to turn
* 25 minutes Lower Body Blast Bootcamp with Kenergy
