I just started taking 2 teaspoons (3 times a day) in 8 oz. of water because I've heard that it helps with headaches (and I suffer from chronic daily migraines). However, I have also heard that it also can help with weight loss (something about enzyme production...not sure). Has anyone hear tried apple cider vinegar for this? I bought mine at the health food store and it's made by Bragg's, which is organic. Thank you>
