Thumbs up Crockpot Mustard Pot Roast

1 roast - any size, any variety, thawed (I use a chuck roast)
Plain yellow mustard
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix

Place the roast in the crockpot. Generously cover the top of the roast with the mustard. Pour the contents of the soup packet on top of the mustard. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

The only points would be for the meat and would depend upon how much of it you eat.

I might just try this. Sounds pretty good. I wonder if it would work with chicken as well?
