I weighed in at 255 this week, 9 lbs down from 2 weeks ago. Here I'm feeling all proud and accomplished and then I catch a random look in a mirror...
Talk about miles to go before you sleep!
HOWEVER...I am determined not to sidetrack myself this time. I am exercising daily! I will succeed. And I will avoid those scary, long mirrors at the gym for a while.
