I saw it in the bookstore while looking for a work out journal, it sounded kinda gimmicky so I didn't look at it further.
I believe in just eating healthily and the right portions. Though I don't always follow that and I do cheat, I'm still able to lose just not as quickly
I have to check it out next time I am at the bookstore. I did a little Googling about the author and she seems to be well credentialed and owns a nutrition counseling practice in New York City.
