  • I'm new to the site and have been leaving posts around the place. I'm looking for a spot to keep up with.

    My mini goal is 2 lbs per week. Also, taking the train to work and being on time is my daily goal.

    What type of plan is everyone on? I'm doing Dr. Ian Smith's 4-day diet. I'm on day 4 and loving (well as much love as you can give a diet).

    Next week I am going to get back to the gym (maybe even start this Saturday).
