CHICKEN TACO SALAD
1 can chunk white chicken -- drained and chopped
1 stalk celery -- chopped
1/3 cup salsa
1/4 cup sour cream Fat Free
1 teaspoon cumin
8 taco shells low fat -- crushed
1 cup lettuce, iceberg -- shredded
1 small ripe tomato -- chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, lowfat -- shredded
In a medium bowl, combine chicken, celery, salsa, sour cream, and cumin,
mix well.
add crushed taco shells. add lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Serve
immediately.
