Hi Everyone:
Tomorrow we are going to my favorite Japanese restaurant. The sodium wreaks havoc on me. I will gain a couple pounds in water weight.
I had a lower calorie day today, just in case calories are an issue tomorrow. I think the issue is sodium not calories, though. Tomorrow for lunch I am planning on eating 2 Greek Yogurts. This will save me about 100 calories, plus the sodium in them in also less than my normal lunch. This is kinda like an experiment for me. I want to see if it makes a difference on Friday when I get on the scale. Hopefully it will help with the water retention.
Paradise Do you have a Whole Foods near? They can probably order the Arctic Zero for you.
