Day 8 - Monday

  • Didn't see this out there, so thought I would go ahead & post it. This is starting our 2nd week.... how's everyone doing?

    Food: 2 points
    Water: 1 point
    Exercise: nothing (I'm going to have to make up for this later!!! Thursday is supposed to be my off day, not Monday! Bad, Kayla! )

    Hi,

    Okay - here's my report from yesterday -

    Food = 1.5 points IF you will let me do that. I stayed on the "program" but pushed the envelope to it's furthest Make sense?

    Exercise = Weight machines at gym - plus 10 min. on recumbant bike.

    Water = 1 Forced last glass down as going to bed, LOL

    This was a very hard day for me, but I hung in there and feel good about it this morning.
