    I'm new to posting on here so I thought that I'd get straight into it and create a challenge! My ultimate goal is to lose 20 pounds in 3 months but I just know I can't do this alone and would love to begin this journey with someone else

    My name is Sandy and I am from New Zealand, 21 years old and have struggled with food for what seems like forever (since the age of 13) but I would love to get my binging under control and just to have the courage and the willpower to accomplish what I haven't be able to accomplish for years!

    Will anyone join me?

    I am 37 years old. I am a huge junk food junkie and I also have my binges. I was on LA weight loss years ago and got down to 138lbs and I felt so great! Now, 4 years later and after my second child, I am up to 172 lbs and I feel like absolute crap! My boobs are a 38DD and my waist is 39 inches! I feel so unhealthy and unsexy. I decided last night that I am doing this once and for all! I need to lose at least 30lbs, but would love to get back to 138lbs again! My size 8 jeans are getting dusty!

    I am a 37 years old mother and wife. I would like to be a good example to my children with their eating and movement habits. Also starting in mid Nov., I will need to wear prof. clothes everyday and I really do not want to have to buy work clothes for the size I am at now.

    I'm in South Korea teaching and my sister is getting married in December.
    I've gained 11 kilos since this time last year, my goal is to lose at least 7 or 8 between now and then.
    I'm looking forward to the challenge....

    Kim - Its Sunday here in New Zealand and Saturday almost everywhere else so I was thinking that we make our start day Monday 26th of July! What does everyone else think?? For me it will def be tomorrow since this weekend has been just horrible, a complete binge-fest, we had family friends come over and we just had an absolute feast of food and I just went over bored :'(

    Ashlee (2nd Ashlee lol!) I usually weigh in on Sunday's It gives me the motivation to stay on track on the weekends!

  • Hey! I want to join too! I am Sun and I have a physically disabled child and gained alot of weight from stress after the pregnancy. I have lost about 30 lbs and want to loose 30 more but will be ecstatic to loose 20 with all your help! my husband's friend is having a wedding in late Oct and I would love to look smoking again(they have never seen me fat!).
  • I'm down. I'm just coming back to weight loss after a 130lb loss (in about 16 months) and a 70 lb gain (over 7 months). I want to try to lose it slowly this time- I think I lost it way too quickly before, and over-restriction turned into over-indulgence (surprisingly quickly!)

    I'm going to try to eat close to maintenance calories (at my ideal weight), which means most days I'll eat 1500- more if I work out. I love to run, but am currently 230 lbs, so it's quite difficult.
  • Is it too late to join? I would love to lose 20 pounds in 3 months. My hubby and I just moved from california to washington state and we are going home for a wedding in 4 months. I am only 5 ft 3 inches, and am not happy weighing 196 lbs.
  • How are you all doing? I am down 1 lb so far for this challenge.

  • I'm in for 20 lbs in 3 months! I'm 23 yrs old, a recent college grad about to go back to grad school, and have a physically demanding job. I'm a zookeeper, so my job makes up most of my exercise. I have a GoWear Fit, and on work days I burn anywhere between 2700-3200 calories for the day. I just started trying calorie cycling because it seems to fit my schedule better than fixed calorie goals. I'm hoping to lose 2 lbs per week, but since I know my body and I'm sure that won't happen every week, I'll stick with the 20 lbs in 3 months. My SW is 175.6.
  • Ok, I'm in as well. I am a 39 year old mom of 2. I am hoping to be down 40 by my 40th bday in December. I just started counting calories last Thursday (which is my weigh in day as well). I currently try to eat 1500 calories a day and try to exercise 5 times a week. I either do a half hour step aerobics video or walk/jog on the treadmill.
