  • LOL grrrr I'm so mad!

    I ordered a portable air conditioner, as it's a thousand degrees and so humid i can't even breathe. Purolator was to deliver it today, I even had to STAY HOME all day as they don't even give a 'morning or afternoon' heads up.

    I checked the website and it says i have to go pick it UP?? WTF???? I called and they said "oh sorry, it didn't make the truck. You have to pick it up"

    DH is away at the moment, and I'm not throwing my back out again thank you very much, as it weighs over 80lbs in a huge box. So i call a local courier company and they're bring it over now. WOW I HATE PUROLATOR

  • Just think of how bad it would be if you were still at your starting weight

    You should call and talk to a manager though, serioiusly. They generally can/should refund a small % of the purchase price or reimburse any extra delivery fees caused by their lack of organziation!
  • Yes, this is not acceptable. You should complain, and you should be compensated in some way for their complete lack of "service."
