Cream of Asparagus soup:
1 lb of asparagus, washed, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup of chopped celery
1/3 cup of chopped onion
1 cup chicken broth or water
1 can (14oz) coconut milk
1 1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp tarragon
