So I haven't visited these forums for over a year now..... way back when I was on here I needed to lose over 100 lbs. I was able to lose around 45-50 but then I stopped watching what I ate.
So now I'm back
Currently I weigh in at 215 lbs...with a goal of getting to 160 by end of this year.
Just wanted to reintroduce myself and get to know everyone!!
