    14 ounces Green Chilies, diced
    1/2 Pound Fat-free Mozzarella Cheese
    1/2 Pound Fat-free Cheddar Cheese
    3/4 Cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute
    1 Cup Fat-free Sour Cream
    Pepper To Taste
    Lay 1/2 the Chilies on a 9 X 13 pan on the bottom cover with 1/2 the cheese. Repeat the layers. Beat sour Cream with the eggs and pour over the top. Grind the pepper to taste on the top. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
