Putting up new photos on facebook always forces me to look at the actual difference in my appearance.
Today I weighed in at 190.2, just a pound shy of a hundred pound loss, and there's no more denying that I look pretty different.
The first photo is around 289, the second back in March at around 230, and the last two from last week in the low 190s.
