    It must be official....I've been under 200 pounds for four days. It feels amazing.

    Thanks to all of you for your support, kindness, and wisdom. I know that 3fc has been an essential part of this accomplishment.

    I never want to see that number two at the beginning of my weight again. I won't.

    I am doing my official happy dance.
