    You may have gone over, but less than 2,000 calories is not a binge!! Jump right back on your new healthier way of eating. We can do this!!!
  • I agree with Bunti. Don't let one day hold ya down. And remember how you feel from today and next time you are with family, just say NO to extra foods

  • I agree with you Bunti, I actually really watch what I eat more with this, even that one day when I had family over but it's a good thing I caught myself before I went on a slippery slope, I would eat way more than 2k calories with them but I didn't last time. My sister is still here and my cousins are coming over this weekend so I'm kind of nervous, my cousins are young so they always want me to make them cookies. AHhhhhhh.
