    Here are the results for last week!

    We worked hard and together lost another 29.2 pounds!

    In 5 short weeks, we have lost a total of 138.2 pounds!!

    Our average weight started out at 213.8 and now our average is 206.0! Little Miss Average has lost 7.6lbs in 5 weeks - Not to Shabby!!

    You would think after running 15 miles and weight lifting last week, I would show a better loss. I know I go through this "stall" every 10 - 15lbs, but it doesn't make it any easier.

    thanks! I was at 152.8 yesterday, but I indulged in some choc chip banana bread & sub sandwich and it instantly went up. I'm going to make sure my carbs are a decent level today At least the banana bread had tons of flax seed in it (but made with bleached flour, yuck!!) lol!

  • I was at 175.0 yesterday but came downstairs late last night and sat with my daughter and ate spinach & artichoke dip with chips. I didn't eat too many I was just picking up the small pieces but I guess they weren't small enough. I also ate 1/2 grapefruit and drank 33ozs of water thinking it would help with the weigh in NOT. Hope I can see a new low this week
