  • There are always many reasons to stay on your plan. What is one of those reasons today?
  • Because I'm doing so well! I don't want to lose momentum!
  • I'm feeling healthier and getting in shape at the same time.
  • I have come so far...yet have such a long way to go. I can't waste the time I have spent on this so far...again!
  • Because it is starting to feel good too.
  • Because I want to feel healthy and proud of myself going into my first 5k Race tomorrow.
  • Loving Me- good luck at your race!!

    Because I love seeing the scale move!
  • Because I want to see the scale moving down and feel my clothes getting looser.
  • Because as of this morning I've lost exactly 80 pounds and I want to keep moving in the right direction.
  • I want to impress my brother ^_^.
  • Because I am 1 pound from the 20 pound loss mark!
  • because I saw 199 yesterday. It is a result of my colonoscopy yesterday. But, I loved it...and really want to get there for real.
  • I will stay on plan today because I'm transiting from low carb to low GI/GL and getting a bit of bloat - I don't want to use this as an excuse to give up again.
  • Because I've just hit my all-time high weight, and I'm sick of being this way. I need to change. I need to get my life back.
