I am on a 4 day vacation and forgot my HNS's at home. Other than that, I'm following program. Will everything be ok??

I would see if there is a center near you and see if you can buy some HNS. The HNS give you about 15g of protein and only about 70-90 calories. I have substituted body fortress whey protein powder which you can buy at walmart. 1/2 scoop is 70 calories, 13 grams of protein, and less than 1 gram of sugar, carbs and fat. You can just mix it with water. It doesn't taste great but it will be similar to a HNS and give you a lot of protein.
