Pillow talk last night with hubby and the subject of my workouts came up. I'm usually very private about my weight struggles and prefer the anonimity of forums like this to deal with it and don't usually discuss it with him.
Anyhow, hubby knows that I've started working out with my friends 3 mornings a week, which means 5am wakeup call to meet up with them. Its not that unusual for me, as I was getting up at 5:30 to drive my son to school and head to work all during the school year, but now that school is out, my mornings are free. I had been working out in the evenings, and still do on the days we don't meet in the AM. But all winter this past winter I was very sporatic with the exercise because of a busy "mom taxi" schedule.
Hubby asked if I'd noticed any loss yet with the new workout routine. (He hasn't noticed the food changes yet, but most of my eating modifications have been during the day while I'm at work).
So, I said I notice it in my lower back mostly. And I asked if he'd noticed and well... here it goes. Yes, he's noticed my boobs shrunk. Yeah, I'm one of those that doesn't have boobs until I get above 30% bodyfat. I got up to 34% bf (based on my scale) and I'd gotten into a B cup. Well, the B cup is baggy again and I'm bordering on the edge of 30%.
Oh well - sucks for him. Someday I hope they perfect a fat transplant. Just move my saddlebag fat to my chest and I'll be a happy camper.
