You keep moving forward. Weight loss has a lot of highs and lows (but nothing beats the highs). While it is easy to be motivated and excited at the early stages of weight loss when the weight is coming off fairly easily, a significant part of the journey is about how you handle the times when the weight is barely creeping off, the weight is not creeping off at all, you fall off of the wagon, etc. Weight loss is not easy. In fact, sometimes it is incredibly hard.
I think a lot of people here will tell you that motivation for losing weight will come and go, so you better not count on motivation to get through the whole journey. What is important is that you stay committed to losing weight, even when you are discouraged. You just have to stay with it and you will see the results you want. And, when you see them, you will be so glad you didn't give up when you got discouraged.
You can do this.
