Hey guys, I bought a big jar (very big) of artichoke hearts, for that yummy spinach chicken casserole on here that tastes like hot spinach artichoke dip.

But, the artichoke dip and that casserole are the only recipes I've ever used with artichokes,

What are your favorite ways to use artichoke?

Actually, stuffed, but we won't go there...

My second is in a marinated salad.

I think, besides the yummy spiniach and artichoke dip (and various other fattening dips), the only other time I have ever had artichoke was on pizza...
So Im not much help there.

I make an OP pizza and like artichoke hearts as one of my veggies and I also throw one or two on my salad from time to time.
