I just did a few of the Zumba videos from the link above and realized that the instructor of a fitness class I was in a few years back basically used the Zumba live routine on a regular basis and I LOVED her class. It was kind of nice to know the moves going in. I can see how it could be pretty challenging for those who aren't used to shaking their money maker.
But even still the key is to be moving which I just did a lot of. Thanks again for the link!
