I've noticed that lately, I fell off the wagon. I haven't been eating that correctly. I've been really eating whatever foods I want, and I haven't been exercising, yet I'm still losing weight, and my clothes are growing looser. Has anybody else experienced this? I'm not complaining, absolutely not complaining, just wondering why this happens.
it's probably you're still eating maybe a little bit less than what it takes to maintain/gain. i would propose you don't look much into it and continue with a steady plan :/
