  • There are always many reasons to stay on your plan. What is one of those reasons today?
  • Because THIS IS MY MONTH to get below 200!
  • Because I'm SO close to being in the 170's!
  • Because I like the way that I feel.
  • Because I am *thisclose* to getting below 250!
  • I am so close to kissing the 220's goodbye forever!
  • Because I am tired of feel tired all the time! I want some energy!
  • Because I am so close to getting back to pre-pregnancy (both of them) weight - 339. After that it will be all "new" weight to lose.
  • Because I have a bridesmaid's dress to fit in for July! And I'm close to breaking down that 180 wall. Ok, so that's two reasons, but I'm excited!!
  • Because I turn 32 one week from today & I want 32 to be so much healthier than 31 was!!
  • Onederland...so close, so close...
  • Because I'm finally out of the "sugar coma" and it feels so good to feel like me again.
  • because I like being able to change my ticker <---
  • because even though I am away from home....I think I've figured out a way to stay on plan today

    Today I'm staying on plan because, honestly, I'd like to be done attempting to lose weight at some point in the future.
