  • Today for me in Phase 1.5

    B- shredded wheat, 1% milk
    s- vanilla ricotta creme
    L- 2 hard boiled eggs with T mayo, green onion, and handful grape tomatoes
    also some v-8 juice
    s- skinny latte, probably veggies and small amt of dip
    S- ? its dh birthday, he wants pizza so I am going to grab rotisserie chicken or a chili for myself

    Still Ph1

    B- Yogurt flavoured with clite (lemon) & veggie sticks, raw
    S- lf havarti
    D- Lettuce rollups with mayo ham & lf cappacola (sp?) & skim milk
    S- Pepperoni chips again this time with salsa.... love these

    Missed lunch at work... didn't mean to, just lost track of time
  • First day of Phase 1 redux:

    B-coffee/hard boiled egg/1 cup nf greek yogurt/.5 cup tomato juice
    S-celery with a low fat cheese stick
    L-salad with one cup chick peas, 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, broccoli sprouts, 1/4 avocado, 2 tbs. caesar dressing
    S-15 almonds
    D-chicken crack slaw

    B-steel cut oats, strawberries, NF milk
    L-tuna salad on a bed of lettuce, pickle
    S-greek yogurt, cherries
    D-steamed mussels in garlic and wine sauce, sauteed kale

    B - Two hard boiled eggs, 3 strips turkey bacon and coffee w/ff milk
    S - Green Pepper Slices
    L - Salsa chicken and green beans
    S - Almonds
    D - Not sure
    Dessert - Ricotta cheese w/orange extract.

    D-Spinach Salad W cottage cheese, ground beef patty with onions and peppers

    Starting down again after .5# gain last week

    B: Oatmeal with almond butter, V8
    L: RF cheese stick, carrots, hummus, boiled egg (eating in the car)
    S: Tall skinny hazelnut latte
    D: Roasted veggies & black beans
    S: Almond butter

    B- Yogurt with lemon clite & celery sticks with cheese string
    S- Busy at work and forgot to eat it
    L- Mixed salad topped with hb eggs & italian vinagerette
    S- 15 Cashews
    D- Pork tenderloin, green beans, faux-tato salad & a glass of skim milk
    S- Not sure... maybe a NSA fudgesicle.
  • Phase 1 day 2

    L: salad with one cup chick peas, broccoli sprouts, 1/4 avocado, 2 tbsp. parm. cheese, 2 tbsp. lf caesar dressing

    D: roasted salmon with olive tapenade, grilled eggplant and zuccini from TJ's
  • Phase 1.5, fruit no grain

    B: mango blueberry smoothie
    S: Greek yogurt w/strawberry rhubarb compote
    L: beans, veggie chorizo & veggies
    S: nf sf iced latte
    D: crack slaw!

    B- (The 'B' stands for brunch, since I overslept & didn't have time for both meals)Tried a new pancake recipe, better than the first, but still had a funny after taste to it. Had with nsa syrup

    S- Roasted chickpeas (flavoured with salt and dill...delish)

    D- Shreaded leftover pork & added a bit of nsa bbq sauce, topped with coleslaw, tomato soup on the side & a glass of skim milk

    S- PB cup with only 1T of PB and no cool whip

    S- Big spoonful of chickpeas with salt, olive oil & red wine vinager (checking the flavour)

    Annnd, I exercised for 30 minutes tonight on the bike; it about KILLED the abcesses but I'm glad I did it (now that it's over)
