Low carb week of Sept 23

  • well for me it is getting back Op and clean up my act for a october challenge. this includes getting ready to clear up my head cold.

    w/o 3 times somewhere, anytime

    water water water!

    Monday was abust UGH!!!

    Exercise...10 miles this week...3.3 so far run/walking

    Do some strength training...

    remember I am strong, I am worth it!!!!

    strength training once...and I am doing great on the water thing.... I have really cut down on the soda...
