my new fav dinner!

  • dice and stir fry a chicken breast cook till brown. add 1/2 of a pak choi and a hand full of spinach leaves stir fry for 3 mins then add 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce.

    stir for 30 seconds then serve. it is gorgeous! plus a desert of jelly and cream with a cup of tea made with unsweetened soya milk.

    all comes in at under 10g

  • as the link says. but it actually has very little taste. its a very subtle nutty/peppery taste that you can't notice if you have it with other things. its really hard to explain. but its a green leafy vegtable with minimal carbs and lets face it we can all do with more of them.
  • In the US you'll more commonly hear it called "Bok Choy", not "Pak Choi" - same veggie, different names.
